Responsibilities: Responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and administering occupational therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.

Our ideal candidate will:
- Possess a winning, humble, can-do attitude focused on excellence in customer service and delivering superior healthcare.
- Be licensed or in the process of becoming licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Colorado.
- Possess a degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution of higher learning.
- Possess current CPR certification.
- Five years experience preferred.
