Family Health West is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner  to see a diverse cross section of patients ranging from wound care, podiatry and rehabilitation medicine.

The candidate will be expected to provide clinical services at our Wound Care in a hospital setting 2 days a week, Podiatry Clinic 1 day a week and Integrative Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic 2 days a week.  These duties will include wound debridement in a hospital setting, routine nail care and preoperative evaluations in Podiatry and collaborate with the Physician in Physiatry Services to treat worker's compensation patients and narcotic management.  Candidate will work closely and under the direction of physicians to manage work flows and heavy volume.

Experience and Skills:

A current Nurse Practitioner’s license through the State of Colorado in good standing is required. 

Current DEA/State of Colorado controlled substance license in good standing.

Prefer 2-5 years experience as an NP.  

As wound care is a primary service for this position our candidate must have a minimum of 2 years in wound care.

Must possess excellent clinical skills and be committed to excellence in patient care.
