Job Description:

Colorado Canyons Hospital and Medical Center is a 25 bed critical access hospital located in Fruita, Colorado just outside of Grand Junction. All the modern shopping conveniences are right here without all the downsides of a big city. Family Health West is searching for an Internal Medicine Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work collaboratively as part of the Hospitalist team for our hospital with Transitional Care Program in place. Our ideal candidate will have experience in ventilator management, Post Sepsis experience and be familiar and knowledgeable of swing bed regulations.

Experience and Skills:

  • Must hold a State of Colorado NP license in good standing.
  • 5 years experience as hospitalist preferred.
  • Willing to be flexible in scheduling.
  • In possession of an unrestricted registration pursuant to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to prescribe all classes of prescription drugs
